YeaH1 Group Successfully Holds 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Ho Chi Minh City – On the morning of April 22, 2025, YeaH1 Group (HOSE: YEG) successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
The meeting summarized business activities for 2024 and announced its development strategy for 2025.
2024 – A Breakthrough Year for YeaH1
2024 marked a major turning point for YeaH1, as the company focused strongly on producing Premium Content. Popular shows such as Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai (ATVNCG), Chị Đẹp Đạp Gió, and Mẹ Siêu Nhân made a strong impression on the market and conveyed meaningful cultural and artistic values. These programs received praise from experts in the industry. In particular, ATVNCG was commended by the Prime Minister and encouraged as a model to be expanded in order to support the growth of Vietnam’s cultural industry.

YeaH1 Group (HOSE: YEG) held its 2025 AGM to summarize 2024’s results and unveil its 2025 roadmap to become a leading media group in Vietnam and expand regionally.
Beyond being just entertainment, ATVNCG became a cultural phenomenon. Its deep messages and unique mix of traditional and modern music helped bring generations together, spread national pride, and inspire young audiences. Thanks to its success, two ATVNCG concerts were held in 2024, with tens of thousands of tickets selling out in minutes. The concerts featured high quality production, modern equipment, and international level performance standards. The excitement continues in 2025, with two more concerts in June and the premiere of ATVNCG: The Movie, which "sold out" in just one minute.
This success proved that YeaH1’s full commitment to Premium Content in 2024 was the right move. It opened a new chapter for Vietnam’s entertainment and music industry, while bringing strong revenue to the company.
In addition, YeaH1 also achieved results in other areas such as: producing modern short-form videos; distributing content across platforms; optimizing income from content channels; developing display ads through Google (GCCP); offering creative media packages for brands.
2024 Business Results: Impressive Growth!
Despite a tough economy in 2024 that forced many companies to cut costs, YeaH1 exceeded its revenue goals thanks to clear strategy and effective management.

In 2024, total revenue reached VND 1,026 billion, a 149% increase compared to 2023, and 28% higher than the VND 800 billion target set at last year’s shareholder meeting.
Strong performance in TV and entertainment programs led to a major increase in ad revenue, totaling VND 845 billion and making up 82% of total revenue over four times more than in 2023. YeaH1 also focused on creating and selling high-quality digital content, earning VND 138.9 billion from content licensing.
Revenue from media services and advertising also rose 5% year-on-year, reaching VND 41.2 billion. In total, the company recorded a profit after tax of VND 122.6 billion, 4.6 times higher than in 2023, based on audited reports from Ernst & Young Vietnam.

2025 Development Strategy: Becoming Vietnam’s No.1 Media Group
Moving into 2025, YeaH1 aims to keep its growth momentum. According to Chairwoman Lê Phương Thảo, preliminary Q1 results show revenue of about VND 217 billion and profit of VND 23 billion. Official numbers will be announced later as required.
2025 will be an important milestone, with YeaH1 aiming to become Vietnam’s leading digital media group and expanding into the region and the world. The company will focus on seven main business strategies:
First, the Premium Content strategy remains a key investment focus: The production of premium content is not only about delivering top-tier quality with emotionally rich artistic experiences, but also about conveying and spreading profound humanistic values that contribute to the public’s spiritual life and have a positive impact on the community. In 2025, YeaH1 will continue producing two premium content programs: “Tân Binh Toàn Năng” and “Gia Đình Haha.” Both of these programs are receiving comprehensive, large-scale investment and are expected to attract widespread audience attention, making a significant contribution to elevating Vietnam’s entertainment industry to a new level.

Second, the Digital Content strategy: In the digital era, constantly keeping up with the latest trends and technologies, and continuously expanding market share in the fields of short films (Shorts), Sitcoms, News, and Vlogs is an essential direction to meet diverse entertainment demands across all digital platforms and to connect with audiences anytime, anywhere.
Third, the Academy & Talent Management strategy: Building on its experience and leading position in premium content production, YeaH1 will create a professional talent ecosystem and develop an internationally standardized training system. This will serve as a solid launching pad for artist's careers and play a key role in developing a new generation of outstanding, courageous, and capable young individuals who are eager to conquer world-class international markets-bringing Vietnamese cultural essence to the world and generating economic benefits for Vietnam.
Fourth, the Content Distribution Network strategy: YeaH1 will optimize distribution efficiency across major platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and DailyMotion, as well as through its own channels, creating widespread influence within the community.
Fifth, the Brand Sales & Media Agency strategy: Through creative media and marketing solutions, YeaH1 not only helps brands increase their presence and public affection but also contributes to converting potential customers into actual users of their products and services. It also aims to develop creative content platforms that serve as strong bridges between brands and customers.
Sixth, the End-User Platforms strategy: YeaH1 is creating unique interactive platforms where users can connect, share, and build loyal communities together, based on the principle of putting users at the center to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
Seventh, the Added Values Content strategy: As its entertainment ecosystem continues to expand, YeaH1 will further develop and provide added value content in music, gaming, and storytelling, offering diverse experiences to meet every user’s preferences and passions.
