Over the past year, YeaH1 has reviewed and updated numerous policies and procedures, accompanied by detailed guidelines to better protect employees' rights and interests. Employees' well-being has also been fostered through more than 10 engagement programs held during special occasions such as International Men's Day, International Women's Day, and the Mid-Autumn Festival. From mini games to company-wide celebrations, these activities consistently achieved exceptionally high participation and satisfaction rates. In addition, major annual events such as the company trip and year-end party are thoughtfully organized with a focus on meaningful experiences, further strengthening employees' sense of belonging.
