Dan Viet Newspaper - Many viewers expressed their regret as "Gia Dinh Haha" - the reality show about farmers and rural life - came to an end.
On the evening of September 20, Episode 15 of "Gia Dinh Haha" was broadcast, with its final journey in the Central Highlands. Before that, the artists had traveled to the mountains of Ban Lien, the sea of Sa Huynh, and the waterways of the Mekong Delta, leaving behind unforgettable stories and memories.

In Dak Lak, the members had a special trip to the hometown of singer Bui Cong Nam. The reunion quickly became a family gathering, with his relatives traveling from near and far. In the warm atmosphere, over a bowl of Mi Quang noodles prepared by his mother, touching moments unfolded.
A surprise birthday cake was brought out, marking the first time in many years that Bui Cong Nam celebrated his birthday fully with his family. There, he showed (S)TRONG Trong Hieu how Vietnamese people express affection with a kiss on the cheek, to which (S)TRONG emotionally responded: “There is nothing more precious than being with family.”

The artists also organized an outdoor film screening for children in the Central Highlands.
The portrait of the Central Highlands continued through the life story of Ms. Dung - a village woman who once dreamed of being a teacher but had to give it up due to hardship. Instead, she dedicated herself to Party work while carrying the heavy responsibility of her family during difficult years. Her strength and resilience led the members to call her an “extraordinary woman.”
To honor her, the program transformed the living room into a “stage” to reenact the “Outstanding Grassroots Women” competition that she once proudly participated in. Powerful messages were shared: Ngoc Thanh Tam emphasized, “Women must live happily every day,” while Ms. Dung declared, “Women of the Central Highlands in particular, and Vietnamese women in general, must be united, inclusive, and develop comprehensively.”
Beyond family stories, "Gia Dinh Haha" also spread community messages. With its elephant protection project, the program held an outdoor animated film screening for mountain children, bringing them simple joy and planting the seeds of love for nature. The film Dumbo played in the village square, turning it into a special cinema.

The last dinner of the artists in "Gia Dinh Haha" Season 1
Around the fire, (S)TRONG took on the role of host, asking each member about their most memorable moment from the "Gia Dinh Haha" journey.
Ngoc Thanh Tam shared: “Just be yourself, and you will find where you belong.”
Rhymastic recalled the adventurous feeling from plowing fields in Ban Lien, to small houses in Quang Ngai, to learning about bees in Ben Tre each stage was a chance to push limits and open his heart.
For Duy Khanh: Ban Lien meant “enjoyment,” Quang Ngai meant “limits,” Ben Tre meant “family,” and Dak Lak meant “gratitude.” He reflected: “The program is like an open diary for everyone to witness our journey of growth.”
Jun Pham shared: “At first I learned how to plant rice, and in the end, the rice bloomed. I have grown a lot. "Gia Dinh Haha" went through four places, each with its own meaning: meeting Mr. Ha and Ms. Thong like ‘in-laws’; Mr. Son, Mr. Diep, Ms. Tham like siblings; Uncle and Aunt Chin like parents; and Y Xim like a younger brother.”

The end of "Gia Dinh Haha" after 15 episodes left many viewers with a sense of loss. On YouTube, user @MeoMuc-wv8kf commented: “I’m afraid after this episode I won’t feel the same excitement waiting for Saturday nights anymore.” Another viewer wrote: “The success of the program is not only in entertainment but also in promoting nature, regional culture, and improving local livelihoods.” Many called "Gia Dinh Haha" “a healing remedy amid the hustle of life.”
"Gia Dinh Haha" aired from June 14 on VTV3. It is a reality show that brought famous artists such as Jun Pham, Rhymastic, Bui Cong Nam, Duy Khanh, and Ngoc Thanh Tam to live, eat, and work together, experiencing daily life like locals.
Across its journeys, the program left strong impressions on audiences with beautiful footage and humanistic stories about people, products, and local cultures.
