“Tân Binh Toàn Năng” airs on VTV3, a new musical journey begins!

The Top 11 outstanding contestants have gone through 100 days (the Survival Phase), selected and rigorously trained with a study and development roadmap designed by a team of Korean experts.

The “Tân Binh Thăng Cấp” lineup features young, highly promising faces whose performance abilities have been honed and nurtured through many rounds of rigorous assessments and eliminations.

They are the following names:

Hồ Đông Quan: Known as a social-media content creator and film actor. Though he faced not a few doubts about his ability at the start of the program, Hồ Đông Quan convinced the judges with professional performances, stage command, and confident demeanor. As a calm eldest brother figure, Đông Quan quietly supports his teammates and is a reliable spiritual anchor for many contestants in the show.

Cường Bạch: With 7 years persistently pursuing the idol dream, Cường Bạch has gone through many programs and harsh training routes. He is also a contestant who has changed a lot—from initial aloofness to becoming more open in both attitude and self-expression. Thanks to his skills and professional performance style with a strong personal “color,” Cường Bạch consistently leaves a powerful impression on audiences with each stage.

Wonbi: A professional dancer and choreographer who has collaborated with many famous artists. Coming to the show, Wonbi not only devotedly coaches choreography for other rookies but also works hard to improve vocals, gradually revealing his own latent potential.

Thái Lê Minh Hiếu: Considered one of the rookies with the most progress. After intensive training, Hiếu can now sing and dance steadily, earning recognition from both audiences and experts.

Duy Lân: A highly talented “dance machine,” Duy Lân stands out with captivating choreography strengths. This rookie consistently maintains form and delivers eye-catching performances. He also shows a growth mindset by striving to improve vocal skills to become a well-rounded idol.

Swan Nguyễn: Most notable for vocal skills and songwriting ability. However, this rookie’s choreography still needs a breakthrough.

The “Show Me” MV is the official musical release that marks the rookies’ clear maturation through the training process. It is also seen as the first step on the roadmap to “sail into the open sea” with music.

Long Hoàng: Originally an actor loved for his role in the VTV series Lối nhỏ vào đời, Long Hoàng has worked very hard for his passion for singing. Though he made the Top 11 thanks to a rescue decision from the organizers, his successful comeback is considered well-deserved for the seriousness, professionalism, and capability he has shown.

Minhtin: Strength lies in dance, with the ability to flexibly transform across many performance styles. This rookie also attracts with an outgoing, lively personality.

Đức Duy: The start wasn’t too striking due to shyness and a degree of self-doubt, but he has since broken through, showing a very distinctive charm within teams and units.

Lâm Anh: Stage-bright visuals, sweet vocals, and choreography improving with each assessment round are standout impressions of a young man who didn’t have a solid arts foundation. Lâm Anh also nearly got eliminated right from the first selection round, but later made very good use of his second chance.

Phúc Nguyên: The youngest member of the “Tân Binh Thăng Cấp” lineup, yet already showing strong breakout potential. His friendly, likeable personality has also helped bring in a sizable fanbase even before the show officially airs.

All-round producer SOOBIN accompanies the rookies on a new musical journey

Through 5 performance rounds, the “Tân Binh Thăng Cấp” must strive to develop skills and perfect the image of a new-generation idol. In each performance, they must overcome different levels of challenges from international groups and all-round producer SOOBIN to earn debut spots in the official lineup. If they cannot overcome the set challenges, all 11 rookies face the risk of being “frozen” or even eliminated from the show.
